Sent in my before/after pictures and Jeff put them on the website, and gave me lots of praise. I'm 2 months into Athlean NXT and have been seeing great results. If you're looking for strength gains, it's not the best. If you're looking for aesthetics, I'd recommend it.

Contradicts everything he says and avoids addressing things.. For example the fake weights situation (just put "Athlean X fake weights Greg Doucette" into YouTube and you'll see).
